He is a published author, businessman, and an itinerant speaker who has been seen on most major christian television networks. He holds a Ph.D. in theology, a masters in pastoral counseling, and a certificate in traumatic stress studies.

Dr. Nes is a Senior Researcher at Fuller Theological Seminary and the founder of "The Nes Foundation", a diversionary program that offers educational opportunities, employment, and entrepreneurial training to males that are first time, non-violent, drug offenders.

Dr. Hagrove is the senior pastor of A Different World Church in Jackson, MS & Meridian, MS. He is an educator, academician, entrepreneur, loving husband and father.
He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Higher Education Leadership and a masters in counseling.
In addition he is a subject matter expert on the conversation of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
